David Mitchell, PC51, Exeter (seen here on the far right of row 2), attended Class 28 at the No. 7 District, Police Training Centre located at Eastwood Park, Falfield, Gloucestershire. He was there for 3 months from October 1947 until December 1947 undertaking his basic training.
